Adminroo is made and run in South Australia by Tom Pedersen, trading as Zappy Studios (ABN 99 672 508 256). It's built for sole traders and small crews who'd rather be on the tools than doing paperwork at the kitchen table.
Why small is good for you
- You talk to the person who builds it. Questions, bugs and ideas come straight to us, not to a call centre. Tap Help in the app to send a message or ask for a call back.
- Built for Australia first. GST, ABNs, Xero and MYOB, Australian wholesaler price files, and texts from an Australian number.
- Simple on purpose. New businesses start in Basic mode: jobs, the schedule, quotes, invoices and customers. Everything else stays out of the way until you want it.
What we promise
- Your price stays put. Start a plan before 1 July 2027 and your price never goes up while you stay on it, and features never move to a dearer plan. Our price promise.
- Your data is yours. Download everything whenever you like, and keep read-only access to look and export even if you stop paying.
- No lock-in. Monthly plans are month to month. Cancel from Settings.
- We'll move you in. We import your customers, open jobs and price list for you, free until 30 June 2027. How switching works.
