No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to your tax invoice. If you're registered for GST you can claim it back.
Anyone in your business who logs in: you, your office staff and your employees. Subcontractors you send jobs to are free on Team.
Yes, any time, from Settings. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies from your next billing date.
Card payments go through our payments partner at 1.75% + 30c per domestic card transaction, plus a 0.5% Adminroo fee, both taken from the payment. Card surcharges aren't allowed in Australia from 1 October 2026, so the fee comes out of the payment; or switch online payments off and stick to bank transfer.
Not while you stay on your plan, if you start it before 1 July 2027. That's our price promise, and features never move to a dearer plan. If GST changes, the GST on top changes with it.
Yes, on either plan, free until 30 June 2027. Send us your exports from Fergus, Tradify, ServiceM8 or simPRO, a spreadsheet, or a photo of your price list, and we'll set you up, usually within two working days. How switching works.
No. Monthly plans are month to month. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you can export all your data.
Pay for a year up front and it costs ten months: $350 for Solo, or $490 a user for Team, ex GST. People who join part way through the year are charged for the rest of it.
Solo includes 200 texts a month and Team 500 for the whole team. Appointment confirmations, reminders and “on my way” texts each count as one; a long text counts as two or three. Extras are 10c each ex GST, added to your next bill. Texts aren't part of the free trial: they start once you choose a plan.
Yes. Share your link from Settings, Plan and billing. When a business signs up with it and pays for its first month, you get 3 months free and they get a month free, as credit on your bills.
