The few rules for using Adminroo, so it stays useful and trusted for every tradie on it.

Draft: placeholder text, not yet reviewed by a lawyer

This policy is part of our terms of service. It covers the office web app, the iPhone app, your customer pages, and the emails and texts you send through Adminroo.

Messages to customers

Emails, texts and campaigns sent through Adminroo must be about your business and go to people who have dealt with you. Say who you are, and stop when someone asks you to: Adminroo adds an unsubscribe link to campaigns and honours it for you. Don't send spam, misleading messages or anything that harasses or threatens someone. The Spam Act applies to you as the sender.

What you upload

Only upload photos, files and details you have the right to keep, and nothing unlawful. Don't upload malware or anything meant to harm the people who open it.

Other businesses and their data

Don't try to see or change another business's data, sign in as someone else, or get around the limits on your plan or your role in a team.

The service itself

Don't probe, scan, load test or overload Adminroo, scrape it, or copy it to build something else. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@adminroo.com.au and we'll fix it.

If the rules are broken

Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. For serious misuse, or to protect other people, we may pause your emails or texts, or suspend the account, as the terms say. You can still export your data.

Reporting misuse

If you got a message through Adminroo you didn't want, or think someone is misusing it, email support@adminroo.com.au. We read every one.
