30 days' money back
If you're not happy, email support@adminroo.com.au within 30 days of your first payment for a plan bought on our website, and we'll refund that payment in full, back to the card you paid with.
After that
Fees aren't refundable for part months or years, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires. If something we did stopped Adminroo working for you, tell us and we'll put it right.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your data before and after.
Plans bought in the iPhone app
Apple bills plans bought in the iPhone app, so Apple handles their refunds. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Paid a tradie through Adminroo?
If you paid a tradie's quote or invoice through Adminroo, that payment went to them, so a refund is theirs to give. Contact the business that sent you the invoice.
How to ask
Email support@adminroo.com.au from the address on your account and say which payment. We reply on working days, usually the same day.
