Send the invoice
- When the work's done, set the job to To invoice and choose Create invoice. The quote, time and materials come across.
- Check it and Send. The customer gets a link to view, download and pay it.
Your BSB and account number (Settings, Business details) print on every invoice so customers can pay by bank transfer.
Record a bank transfer
When the money lands in your account, open the invoice and choose Record payment. Part payments are fine: the invoice shows what's still owed.
Take card payments
Connect Stripe in Settings, Card payments. Customers can then pay by card from the invoice link, and the invoice marks itself paid. The money goes into your own Stripe account, then to your bank.
Chase what's overdue
Switch on Overdue reminders in Settings and Adminroo emails the customer a reminder 1, 7 and 14 days after an invoice is due, on weekdays in business hours. Home lists what's owed and overdue, and Business numbers shows the totals. If you use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, invoices and payments sync across for your accountant.
