- Compliance certificates on the job. Keep the details your state's certificate asks for (CoC, CCEW, CES and the rest) with the job, print them, and get a nudge when a finished job has none. You still lodge the regulator's own form.
- Wholesaler price lists. Import your wholesaler's price file and set a markup once. Next month's file updates prices instead of doubling up.
- Scan it off the shelf. Scan a barcode to add the part to the job or the quote.
- Photos of the board. Before and after photos, marked up and attached to the job, the quote or the invoice.
- Xero. Invoices and payments go across, so your bookkeeper isn't chasing you.
