Adminroo, for painters
Quotes, jobs, the schedule, invoices and getting paid, from your iPhone, even without reception. Solo is $35 a month ex GST, with a free 7-day trial and no card needed.
Made for how you work
- Quote by the room. Kits for a standard bedroom or a ceiling, so a three-bed repaint is a few taps, not an hour of maths.
- Options on one quote. Walls only, walls and ceilings, or the lot with trims, so the customer chooses and accepts online.
- Photos and colour notes. Colour codes and before photos on the job, so the crew paints the right colour.
- Deposits and progress claims. Take a deposit when the quote is accepted, then claim the rest as stages finish.
- Xero. Invoices and payments go across, so your bookkeeper isn't chasing you.
